• Certification: Verifiable ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• Core Competencies: Confident with User Provisioning, Access Control Lists (ACLs), Workflow Automation, Catalog Item management, and Core ITSM Module configuration (Incident, Problem, Change).
• Developer Hands-On: Experience building, configuring, and testing features within personal developer instances (PDIs) following ServiceNow best practices.

Beyond pure platform administration, I possess a strong technical background in Cybersecurity Operations and Internal IT Auditing (holding CompTIA Security+ and ISC² CC certifications). I regularly work with log monitoring and network analytics, which gives me an immediate advantage when managing ServiceNow infrastructure access control data, tracking system logs, or supporting SecOps and Integrated Risk Management (IRM/GRC) team pipelines.
