I'm Arun Kumar Karaka, a 2025 B. Tech graduate. I am actively looking for an opportunity to start my career in ServiceNow as a ServiceNow Administrator or Developer.

I have completed my CSA (Certified System Administrator) and CAD (Certified Application Developer) certifications, and I have practical knowledge of:

-ITSM — Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog

-Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions

-Flow Designer & Workflows

-Client-side & Server-side Scripting(JavaScript)

-Service Catalog and Record Producers

-Tables, Forms, Lists, Import Sets, Transform Maps

-User Administration, Roles, Groups, ACLs

-Core Java | MySQL

And I work on some projects and gain some hands-on experience

• Built a Custom Order Management App with Service Portal, Flow Designer, multi-level approvals, RBAC, dashboards.
• Built a Service Catalog item for mobile device provisioning with client scripts, workflows.

I am a quick learner, hardworking, and highly motivated to build my career in the ServiceNow ecosystem. As a fresher, I am looking for an opportunity where I can contribute, learn from experienced professionals, and grow long-term.
