Queen’s University is hiring an Intermediate SN Admin/Developer to support and enhance our ServiceNow platform, with a primary focus on ITSM, ITAM, and integrations. You won’t just be an administrator or developer; you will be an architect of efficiency. You’ll work hands-on configuring and building in the platform — improving workflows, data quality, and operational processes — while helping us expand our IT Asset Management initiative, integration capabilities, and get more value from ServiceNow.
While technical skills are essential, attitude and mindset is priceless. We are looking for a candidate who possesses:
