Queen’s University is hiring a SN Admin/Developer to support and enhance our ServiceNow platform, with a primary focus on ITSM, ITAM, and VRM. You won’t just be an administrator or developer; you will be an architect of efficiency. You’ll work hands-on configuring and building in the platform — improving workflows, data quality, and operational processes — while helping us expand our integration capabilities and get more value from ServiceNow.
While technical skills are essential, attitude and mindset is priceless. We are looking for a candidate who possesses:
