Hiring: ServiceNow IRM Functional Consultant / Lead | Bengaluru / Remote

We’re looking for an experienced ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Functional Consultant / Lead to join our team and help design and deliver GRC solutions for our clients.

⏳ Experience: 6+ years in ServiceNow, with at least 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow IRM experience

About the Role

We’re looking for a ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Functional Consultant/Lead to design and deliver GRC solutions for our clients. You’ll lead requirements workshops, turn risk and compliance processes into ServiceNow IRM designs, and guide technical teams through implementation. You’ll also act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders in Risk, Compliance, Audit and IT.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and requirements workshops with risk, compliance, audit and IT stakeholders.

• Map current-state GRC processes and design future-state solutions on ServiceNow IRM.

• Configure and deliver IRM modules, including:

  • Policy & Compliance Management

  • Risk Management

  • Audit Management

  • Vendor / Third-Party Risk Management

  • Business Continuity Management

  • Regulatory Change Management

• Design risk assessment methods, scoring models, risk registers, indicators (KRIs/KCIs) and attestations.

• Turn business requirements into user stories, functional specifications and acceptance criteria. Own the backlog with the product owner.

• Work with developers and architects on integrations.

• Plan and support SIT and UAT, test scripts, defect triage, training, go-live and hypercare.

• Build IRM dashboards, Performance Analytics and executive reports.

• Own functional delivery across workstreams, mentor consultants, support pre-sales activities (solutioning, estimates and demos), and drive client relationships.

Required Skills and Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on functional experience with ServiceNow IRM/GRC, including at least one full-lifecycle implementation.

• Strong knowledge of GRC concepts, including risk frameworks, control testing, compliance programs, audit lifecycle and third-party risk.

• Practical experience with relevant regulatory and control frameworks.

• Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform, including workflows/Flow Designer, forms, ACLs, Service Portal/Workspaces and reporting.

• Experience with Agile delivery and tools such as ServiceNow SPM, Jira or Azure DevOps.

• Excellent facilitation, communication and documentation skills, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk & Compliance (CIS-RC).

• Additional ServiceNow credentials, such as CIS-VRM, CIS-BCM or micro-certifications in IRM/Audit.

• Exposure to Now Assist / GenAI features within IRM.
