how automaticaly populate Email recipient in Service Now

Hello, im new here so i hope i posted to correct group.

 

I would like to ask for advice in my situation:

 

Requestor send email to our helpdesk and CC few more people, in ServiceNow when i open this new ticket i see the requestor email and also people in CC, but once i click on email icon in this ticket and compose email there are options for recipients : Caller, Assignment Group, Assigned Technician ..

So i choose Caller as always, but this will populate only the caller, nobody else.

 

Is there way that once i will click on compose email, SN will automatically put the requestor email and also email of people which were in the first requestor email in CC ? so my email answers sent from SN will be delivered to all recipients who were in the first requestor email sent to helpdesk ?

Now only way how do this is manually copy and paste to each sent email from CC which is annoying
