How to get jobs or internship for work experience after clearing CSA

Hello there, i have just cleared my CSA exam and i have a fair knowledge of how the platform works, i am going to give CAD next week, i wanted to know, are there any organizations that are offering internships for administrator role to a fresher or companies which are onboarding freshers with CSA certification. I know that CSA certification doesn't guarantee a job. I am not even looking for compensations, i am ready to work for free. If there are people out here who can refer me for internships for gaining hands on experience, then it will be very helpful and grateful of you. And also how more my chances of getting a job will be, if i clear the CAD certification, thankyou.

Certs either CSA or CAD don't guarantee of jobs. but yes these certs can help in getting job. Also I strongly recommend that along with certs , start answering on community. Community question will help you to learn more and more and also build your presence in ecosystem, which can be helpful for getting job. Sorry to say, but there are many like you who said, I am happy for unpaid internship or job but fact is no company even want / can do this. So better build portfolio and try mate.
