I am looking for an opportunity to work in ServiceNow in the role of Administrator. I heard ServiceNow rise up program will help someone looking for a job and build a career in ServiceNow. How do I contact someone in the RiseUp program for this. Could someone provide me the details for the same.

Yes, I checked the link given by you. Yes, it provides information for different career paths. However, I would like to know if there is some team that helps with finding a suitable job opportunity. Since I have a few years of working with ServiceNow in the role of Admin, also I recently cleared the CSA exam. So I am actually looking for somebody who can assist with finding a job opportunity based on my skillsets to start of. I found the below link, 
but not sure how to sign up on this. Can I know if you have more details on this.

Ok. RiseUp is primarily a training scheme, not a recruitment service. 

I assume you're checking job listings and recruitment sites for suitable roles for an experienced and certified admin? That's your best option.
