This role offers a unique opportunity to work both internally and externally with clients on a flexible, 20-hour per week schedule. The position is a 1099 contract role, perfect for seasoned professionals looking for impactful, part-time remote work

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop and enhance the ServiceNow platform.
• Leverage your expertise in domain separation to ensure effective and secure implementation.
• Utilize your knowledge of various ServiceNow modules, including:
  • ITSM (Incident, Change, Request, Problem)
  • Service Catalog
  • ITBM (Business Management)
  • PPM (Project Portfolio Management)
  • ITOM (Operations Management)
  • Reporting and Performance Analytics
  • Integrations with third-party tools
  • Custom application management
