Hello everyone!

I’m an experienced IT professional with over 17 years in telecommunications, ITIL-certified, and skilled in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and data analysis. As a dedicated lifelong learner, I’m passionate about exploring new technologies, including ServiceNow, and I recently became a certified ServiceNow System Administrator.

I’m now looking to contribute my skills by volunteering with nonprofit organizations that use ServiceNow. I’d love to assist with configuration, troubleshooting, or general platform support to help improve processes and increase efficiency for a great cause.
