Hello Everyone, I am a ServiceNow Developer with 5 years of experience in ITSM, CSM, Flow Designer, Integrations , Service Portal, and Service Catalog. I hold CSA and CIS-DF certifications and am looking for remote opportunities supporting US clients from India. Please let me know if any suitable roles are available.

Being a ServiceNow trainer, let me share my perspective. While I may not be able to help directly with job opportunities, I would like to highlight a few important points.

First, having only CAD (Certified Application Developer) and DFA (Developer Fundamentals) certifications may not be enough to secure a job in today’s market. The demand has changed significantly, and clients are increasingly looking for professionals who have hands-on experience with ServiceNow products such as:

• ITSM (IT Service Management)

• HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery)

• GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance)

• SecOps (Security Operations)

• CSM (Customer Service Management)

• Other ServiceNow product suites

CAD certainly provides a strong learning foundation and helps you understand development concepts on the platform. However, product knowledge is equally important. Employers want candidates who understand not only how to build solutions but also how ServiceNow products are used to solve real business problems.

My recommendation is to enhance your portfolio by:

• Expanding your knowledge into one or more ServiceNow products.

• Completing relevant training through Now Learning.

• Building hands-on experience in a PDI or lab environment.

• Working on practical use cases and portfolio projects.

• Understanding real-world implementation scenarios.

The combination of platform development skills and product expertise will significantly improve your marketability and increase your chances of securing opportunities in the ServiceNow ecosystem.
