You need to understand that ServiceNow is growing wider and bigger. Having only ITSM or CSA knowledge may not be enough to stand out in the current market. I can share your profile, but to improve your chances, you need to build stronger skills and add more product knowledge.
ITSM is the foundation, so please continue strengthening your basics. Along with that, start learning additional modules like SAM, GRC, CSM, etc., as these can help your CV stand out and increase your chances of getting shortlisted.
Nowadays, many companies are looking for developers who have scripting knowledge along with experience in multiple ServiceNow modules. Since you already have scripting skills, adding 2–3 product/module skills with hands-on practice and labs will make your profile much stronger.
Focus on understanding the modules, building practical use cases, and gaining confidence in explaining how these products work. This will give you a better advantage when applying for ServiceNow opportunities.

Spend at least 1–2 hours daily on the ServiceNow Community. Observe the kinds of technical questions being asked and how experienced members respond. You’ll learn a lot passively this way—and I highly encourage you to start answering questions as well. Explaining concepts to others will improve your technical thinking and deepen your understanding.
