If it is CSA dumps that you're asking, I would recommend you to just read and learn the material provided by ServiceNow, as many dumps can have false positive, and not provide any benefit to your learning path. Rather read the material one additional time and learn the key concepts before taking the exam.

There is no such thing as a model paper. You can refer to the CSA blueprint to understand the percentage of questions from each section.

I passed the CSA certificate yesterday morning on the first attempt. As far as I do the exam, I think that you should learn the material from the ebook and practice the PDI as much as possible. The questions are not as difficult as those on Udemy or other documents. The questions require you to understand the platform basically and flexibly. Good luck
