I’ve led catalog and knowledge management initiatives at a global level including the Americas, EMEA, and APAC, working with stakeholders and developers to ensure Service Catalog accuracy, content governance, and workflow usability.

What I bring:

• Strong hands-on experience in Service Catalog lifecycle management (creating, enhancing, retiring catalog items).
• Expertise in Knowledge Management & Governance.  Building, auditing, and maintaining knowledge bases to ensure compliance, clarity, and user adoption.
• Skilled in UAT testing, QA reviews, and deployment support, collaborating closely with development teams.
• ITSM/ITIL-aligned practices with proven results in improving self-service adoption and resolution times.
• Passion for training, documentation, and system usability to drive better employee experiences.
