ServiceNow Engagement Lead Needed – Senior, Client-Facing, Partner Practice

We’re a ServiceNow Partner hiring a full-time Engagement Lead for a senior, client-facing delivery role. This is not a contract or staff-augmentation position.

 

This is a senior, client-facing role focused on leading complex implementations and acting as a trusted advisor to our clients. We’re looking for someone who can own delivery, lead teams, and communicate clearly with stakeholders, not just build solutions in the background.

 

What this role looks like day-to-day:

  • Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations

  • Serve as the technical and delivery lead in client discussions

  • Guide development teams and manage backlogs, sprints, and releases

  • Hands-on work across ITSM, CSM, ITOM, and/or SPM

  • Translate business needs into clean, scalable ServiceNow solutions

Must-haves (please read before responding):

  • 8+ years in the ServiceNow ecosystem

  • Active CSA

  • Two or more CIS certifications

  • CAD certification

  • Proven experience leading client-facing delivery

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • U.S. Citizenship (required)

Nice to have:

  • FSM, HRSD, ITAM, SecOps, or IRM/GRC

  • Pre-sales, demos, or solution design experience
