Hi everyone,

I'm Nikhilendra, 2026 grad , CSA and CAD certified, also completed CIS-Data Foundations. Looking for an entry-level ServiceNow Developer role - open to full-time.

I've been spending the last few months building hands-on projects on my PDI.

Built a scoped app called Mi6 Intelligence Portal — a case management system for intelligence agencies with multiple divisions (Field Ops, Cyber Cell, Surveillance, Technical Support, Intelligence Analysis). A few things I implemented:

  • Auto priority mapping from threat level via Business Rule, synced live on the form with a Client Script
  • Auto division assignment based on category, with GlideRecord lookups against a custom division table
  • A smart assignment engine that routes by sub-category to specialist roles (Network Engineer, Hardware Engineer, etc.), falls back to threat-level-based routing for Intelligence Officers, and balances workload using GlideAggregate to count each agent's open cases and pick the least busy one
  • UI Policies for conditional field visibility (subcategory only shows for Equipment Malfunction, AI Summary field swaps in for Intelligence Brief)

Also built an outbound REST integration to Gemini AI — when category is set to Technical Support, entering a Short Description triggers a Script Include (extending AbstractAjaxProcessor) via GlideAjax, which calls RESTMessageV2 against the Gemini endpoint and returns troubleshooting steps right on the form, read-only, no page reload.

Also did a virtual internship with SmartBridge covering ServiceNow fundamentals, Agentic AI basics, Flow Designer, ATF essentials, reporting.

If anyone knows of openings or could refer me, or just point me toward where to look, I'd really appreciate it. Happy to share my resume.
