How to excel as scrum master in ServiceNow? Any certifications needed? Please advice.

If you are new to Servicenow , then I will Suggest you to do 

1. Welcome to Servicenow

2. Agile Development 2.0 Fundamentals and complete micro-cert on it.

3. Agile Implementer

3. Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Fundamentals

And lastly complete scrum master certification externally.
