Hi shakeel, sorry for the late reply. Ive trying to find solution. Im not sure if i did something wrong. I just wanted to test the workspace and familiarize myself on how to use the ticketing system. Do i need to have administrive rights before accessing it? Kindly check the file attached

It's because of fire wall that is in place . Do you use personal machine to access if you are organizational machine.

The 403 error comes when server understood your request but refuse to authorize it.
