I just created my Servicenow account to practice and familiarize into servicenow Interface but im getting an error. Can someone please help me 🙂 error is "403: You do not have permissions to access this page. "

I am having the same issue with the Citizen Developer Program. I'm in AES and just created a workspace and now I get the 403 error when I click on it.

I forgot to mention that I tired this through my company's VPN and without being connected to the VPN.

Page restriction is needed for that certain page if it's a portal issue. You'll need a certain role to set for a page or a widget.

Didn't seem to matter. I just came back to the exercise the next day and I no longer got the error. I don't know. I did nothing in the end.

You need to give the 'canvas_user' role to the user.
Please try giving the above role to your test user.
