JumpStart: CSA Pathway was built for professionals who want structured learning, real expert guidance, and a genuine learning community — just delivered in a way that fits around work and life. And when you complete it, you'll be ready to sit the ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) exam at 50% off the standard price.

Over the past two cohorts, 50 ANZ learners — IT admins, platform managers, consultants, and career-changers — have taken this path. Cohort 3 is now open.

How JumpStart works

Built by Lumify Work in partnership with ServiceNow, JumpStart blends the flexibility of self-paced content with the support structure that makes instructor-led training so effective.

Each week, you work through practical, hands-on content at your own pace — then come together with your cohort for a live one-hour session led by a certified ServiceNow expert. You get your questions answered, your understanding sharpened, and the motivation that comes from learning alongside others.

Duration: 12 June - 20 July 2026 - 5 weeks (4 weeks of learning + 1 week of exam preparation). 2–3 hours per week. You're never on your own.

And at the end of it? You'll be exam-ready — with a discounted CSA voucher waiting for you at just $250 AUD (ex GST). That's half what you'd normally pay.
