Happy New Year! I hope the year has started well for everyone. I am planning the SNUGs for 2024, we are planning on running 4 (one per quarter), with the first one for late March.
If you are interested in speaking / presenting, any ServiceNow related topic (issues, challenges, successes, lessons learned etc) - please let me know preferably via email (james.priest@servicenow.com) .
Also if you have suggestions for topic for the SNUGs I would love to hear them!
Currently I am thinking a technical overview and demos of:
Q1 - GenAI / Now Assist - Text to Code, Virtual Agent, Text to Flow, Summaries.
Q2 - Discovery & Visibility - discovery, service mapping, certificate management)
Q3 - Playbooks
But I would prefer to be led by the community on topics of interest, please just post a reply with your suggestions!
