Hi, I am new to the STL SNUG and am the Change Management Process Owner at our Firm, meaning I'm not a developer, but heavily involved in the process design and execution. Are there any change management process owner in the STL SNUG or is it mostly developers?

I'm not a developer. I am the Asset, Change, and Configuration manager for my organization. I'm in the Service Management Office. I work closely with the ServiceNow platform owner and developers and I help design workflow, data architecture for the CMDB, etc. I also manage the CMDB health.
