Any Process Owners in the STL SNUG?

Hi, I am new to the STL SNUG and am the Change Management Process Owner at our Firm, meaning I'm not a developer, but heavily involved in the process design and execution. Are there any change management process owner in the STL SNUG or is it mostly developers?

Product Manager here in Springfield.  Very similar to what you are doing it sounds like.  I work at a hospital here in Springfield.
