Dear ServiceNow Enthusiasts,
 
Are you up for a unique challenge? Ready to prove your prowess in optimizing the ServiceNow ecosystem?. Then this is your call!

🎯**The Challenge**:
 
1. We've prepared multiple evaluation instances loaded with extensive data and dummy tickets.
 
2. Your mission, should you choose to accept, is to reduce the logged tickets by a % and/or slash the cycle time of a ticket by x minutes. Youl here the the goals during the day! Expect a ambitious goal.
 
  - How? The strategy is yours to determine: be it process optimization, deploying the virtual agent, crafting new workspaces with GenAI capabilities for conversation summaries, knowledge, and automation suggestions - all the options are open for you to explore!
 
🛠**Support & Resources**:
 
- On the day, expect a swarm of GenAI/Process optimization experts to be on standby, ensuring that you don’t waste time and dive straight into action.
 
- We've also got you covered before the event! A week prior, you’ll receive preparation materials and videos to ensure you hit the ground running.
 
**Why Participate?**
 
The beauty of this challenge lies in its flexibility. How your team approaches it doesn’t matter, as long as you achieve the ticket reduction target. And for an added twist, we're setting the bar high. If our in-house experts, like Ashutosh Munot, can achieve a 40% ticket reduction with 20% time-saving using simple out-of-the-box solutions, expect your targets to be even more demanding. We want you to innovate, not just switch things on!
