It did not work out yet in November 2021, but now, as SNUG-NL, we will organize our first physical meeting again since a long time. After two successful online meetings during the pandemic, we would like to meet in person at the NN office in The Hague on the 19th of April, starting at approx. 12:30. We’re pleased to announce that the opening keynote of the meeting will be done by Rob Visser, CIO of NN.
A week before the meeting, we intend to have our very first SNUG-NL Hackathon! For details and option to sign up, see further below in this mail.
We’re preparing an interesting program with various subjects, details will follow. If you have any ideas or suggestions how you can contribute or present/demonstrate a solution to your peers, you can always contact Ronald van Rikxoort.
Please sign up via this link.
Hackathon
On the 12th of April the SNUG-NL will organize its very first Developer Hackathon between companies working with ServiceNow. This hackathon will also be organized at the NN Office in The Hague. Results will be presented to the SNUG audience at the meeting at April 19th.
The focus of this Hackathon is Now UI experience and NOW UI Builder. This is a modernized platform to create a modern user interface. During this hackathon developers can work together to learn about this new UI Builder and UI Experience so they can take this newly learned knowledge back to their own companies. This Hackathon will be led by no one else then Ashutosh Munot, 3x Community MVP and 1x dev MVP with lots of knowledge and ServiceNow skills, where you as a developer can take advantage of. You will be working together as developers on this theme of NOW UI but are free to come up with the best and most insightful discovery. For the best presentation of your team’s outcome, a prize and eternal glory awaits.
If you want to be part of this great hackathon, please sign up via this link before the 29th of March in order to enroll. We will arrange drinks, bites and inform you later about the pre-requisites on your laptop to participate.
Looking forward to see you all back in person again and especially to the very first SNUG-NL Hackathon!
