On October 10 we launched our first SNUG webinar.
The topic was Upgrades - best practices. and it was presented by Michiel Heijmans, ServiceNow Solution Architect- Manager/Customer Outcomes, EMEA.

Michiel showed us how you can be successful in planning and upgrading your ServiceNow instance. Very useful tips and links to documentation was shared during the session.
