Hi, This is Shilpa Manage and I work for Common Spirit Health.  I am building a report for Survey Results and need the Trigger ID to be displayed which is the HR Case Number which triggered the survey. Though I have included Trigger Instance ID in my report fields, it is not returning the HR Case Number.  Any ideas on how to get all this in one list view report.

Thanks in advance!

Hi Shilpa. I haven't forgotten you. I'm still trying to chase down the answer for this question.

Hi Shilpa! I finally have an answer!!!!

From Quentin Gillett: from the top of my head, anytime I had to report on Survey (either ITSM or HR), Database views were required when needing info from the Incident or case.

In case you need a refresher, here's a link for creating db views: https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/madrid-platform-administration/page/use/reporting/task/c_Creating...

One thing to keep in mind, though, is you may also need to Allow a Restricted Caller Access Privileges (RCA) record since the survey table is in the Global Scope. I'm publishing an eLearning on RCA soon, but there's a bunch of documentation on the Docs site for it, too.

Hope that helps!

Lena
