Room Question:
Can we make the knowledge base self-cleansing?
There is a field in the knowledge article table with the label "Valid to" which will not automatically retire articles but will hide them from the catalog and search, The Knowledge Managers can then trigger the knowledge retirement update the content.

Room Question:
What is the meaning of the sentence "You can only revert back to the most recent base version" ?
A baseline version record represents the version of a base system object as it was delivered in the most recent upgrade. Baseline versions are created only for objects that have been modified by a user, and they are updated each time the system is upgraded. Baseline versions allow you to revert customizations to the most recent system version.

A few of us were speaking with David Mccourt about having paid an upgrade fee at the time of registration which included a voucher to write the exam. When we arrived in class we found that a code had been provided in the front of the workbook, therefore providing the whole class with the ability to write the exam. There was someone called in who said they would investigate and determine if we should get a refund on the previous code paid for. Was there any further follow up on this, or could you provide the name of the person who was going to investigate so I/we can follow up?

Hello Connie,
Thank you for following up. We spoke during the training and I did say that I would investigate details around the voucher codes - apologies for not getting back to you sooner.
I do not recall discussing a refund but if you would like to explore this as an option, then I would suggest reaching out to the conference registration team at knowledge@servicenow.com. Unfortunately, our team does not have ownership over the voucher codes that were purchased during registration.
This said, having an additional code does provide some benefits:
1. Voucher codes can be used with any certification exam that we offer. For more information on what exams we offer, please visit https://www.servicenow.com/services/training-and-certification.html
2. Voucher codes can also be used on retake exams, if needed
3. Voucher codes purchased by your organization are yours to distribute - my understanding is that the voucher codes are not tied directly to one user
I hope this information helps. Please let us know if you have additional questions or concerns.
Thank you,
Myles Ferich
