You can import up to 50,000 rows, but only the first 10,000 will be in the data set. For details, check out this page: https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/orlando-performance-analytics-and-reporting/page/use/reporting/ta...

What is the difference between Interactive Filters and Dashboard Properties -> Breakdown Source?

Could you use Report Ranges for the question regarding the metric axis? Use the ranges to bin so you are not getting the axis with Hr, Min and Sec?

John, Interactive Filters work on reports by default and not on PA widgets.
The Breakdown Sources are specifically designed to work on PA widgets. They can also be configured to behave as Interactive Filters and filter reports.

So the Ranges will not affect the unit shown on the Axis. You'll just be grouping the data for a cleaner look.

If you need more than that, use a standard import set. This process is intended to help load data quickly and get something up and running but it does not replace the full integration process which allows you to set normal ACLs, removes these data limits, and allows you to use references.

Hi Phil, as Suzanne mentioned there isn't. However, the silver lining is that you can see some of the other questions asked in previous classes.

But they should be getting automatically added at the bottom with real-time updates.

Is there a way to display the Duration in an abbreviated form? I.e., instead of 1 hour 45 minutes 20 seconds...show 1hr 45min 20sec...or 1:45:20
If it's not possible...do you think it will be possible with future releases?
It may seem like an insignificant ask...but management in my company keeps requesting I change it...to the point that they would like me to use Excel or PowerBI so I can modify the labels/axis titles.

You cannot control this today, but please add that request into the Idea Portal to ensure it makes it back to our Product Managers.

How long will on demand labs be available with instances? Do we need to make sure and do them this week or during the 5 weeks of knowledge or?
I'd like to have some of my teammates do this lab on demand.

They will be available until K21. There are also additional labs that will be available with instances to work on as well. The instances themselves will expire, but you can always request a new one.

Labs will expire approximately 30 minutes after the lab concludes. The lab guide will continue to be available and the lab should be able to be run on a PDI.

Hi David,
Complete reference materials are available on the ServiceNow product documentation site at https://docs.servicenow.com/. When you visit the site, be sure to filter the information for the release you have, say, New York or Orlando, to ensure you get the best results.
Also, check out all the available resources here in the Community. There are lots of conversations about Reporting and Performance Analytics. Do visit the Reporting and Analytics Forum as well:
I hope that helps!
Thank you for attending the lab today.

Hello Team,
I would like to access the content which I have done for the lab LAB1141. I have attended this LAB on 05/08 from Knowledge 2020. I was building reports and suddenly access got revoked. Can I get the access back for some time so that I would like to recommend to my business for PA. I was in the middle of some work in this instance and suddenly I have lost access. It would be much appreciated.
I have registered with the same email which i am posting this comment from, you can retrieve my email and provide me access for the time being. I would like to access the data which I was trying to build and do some recommendations. Kindly help on this.
It was really a great session.
Thanks,
Santosh
