Yes, I was going with Option 1 and I think what is missing in 10.2.4. is just a paragraph with reference link to the Option 2 course and brief explanation on that(I guess). 

The imported files link did work now. Yesterday when I tried to access it(from another comment) I got a message that the link has expired.

I know this has been asked before BUT when is the course marked as complete ? I am sure I got all the videos to the end as well the exercise. It is marked at 50% success in the course BUT completed as part of the CMDB training path.

From the top right, I would recommend you open a case to have your query addressed.
