There are a couple of content packs for PPM/PPS. They contain time card widgets and resource availability widgets.

Are swear words automatically included in the stop words list or do those need to be manually included?

I don't think so.  You will have to manually include them.

No, unfortunately. The default stop words come with the Zing text indexing engine, so that would be where this enhancement needs to be made.
