The Related Link "Run Diagnostics" is on different levels of PA available to do some checks.
If you run Diagnostics on Data Collection Job level, ServiceNow will check for example if there are any related Automated indicator for that specific Data Collection Job. If not, you get a warning on the "Diagnostics Results" tab about this.
So this is to help you and have a stable PA environment!

I was testing it on my device and it was working fine too. I used your instance for this testing, so it was maybe a temp issue.

Can any visual/dashboard built using PA be shared on the CSM (customer portal) and be seen by NON-Licensed Users (someone without ITIL role)?
Example - My customers use the CSM Portal and do not have the ITIL role. I want to build an Incident "backlog trend" visual/dashboard and share it on the Portal. Is this possible? Will they see it?

You can show PA widgets using Service Portal.
Role requirements for viewing widgets
- List widgets
- Text widgets
- The Breakdowns section of Workbench widgets
In addition, the ability to view the individual indicators in a List widget depends on the ACLs of those indicators.
Finally, breakdown access controls apply when viewing breakdowns in widgets.
Please see docs for details:

Thanks for the info. can those same dashboards be shared internally (not on the Service Portal) without the use of the pa_viewer role?

Responsive dashboard functionality is not related to PA so you don't need PA roles to use it.

Additional information for Module 5 - Automated Breakdowns:
PA is not supporting multi-language for choice elements on Breakdowns. This means that you need to make a decision which language you want to set up in PA.

Is there a list of operators that can be used in the "formula" portion of Formula Indicators?

Formula indicators are very powerful:
You can use all kind of indicators (automated/ manual/ formula) in a formula indicator including formula indicators.
So what you can do is something like:
({automated indicator}Number of SLA achieved Incident /{automated indicator}Number of total Incident * 100) = {formula indicator}% of SLA achieved Incident
({automated indicator}Number of SLA achieved Problem /{automated indicator}Number of total Problem * 100) = {formula indicator}% of SLA achieved Problem
({automated indicator}Number of SLA achieved Change /{automated indicator}Number of total Change * 100) = {formula indicator}% of SLA achieved Change
({formula indicator}% of SLA achieved Incident + {formula indicator}% of SLA achieved Problem + {formula indicator}% of SLA achieved Change ) / 3 = {formula indicator} Index of IPC processes

Valid operator symbols, such as +, -, /, %, >, < can be used in formula indicators. You can also add more indicators to the formula. For example, to calculate the average age of open incidents based on summed age of open incidents and number of open incidents, use the following formula: [[Summed age of open incidents]] / [[Open incidents]] / 24

Are there conditional operators that can be used on the Formulas? (https://community.servicenow.com/community?id=community_blog&sys_id=d84ea2addbd0dbc01dcaf3231f961963)
I found these are operators, but what to they do (aside from +, - and /) ? +, -, /, %, >, <.
Are <, > greater-than/less-than operators? Or is that for breakdowns?
What does % do?

Formula indicators are supporting JavaScript, so you can definitely apply conditional operators (if/then).
The following operators <,> are indeed greater than/ less than operators and can be perfectly used in IF/THEN checks.
Example of conditional operator: if(number of total incident != null) {number of total incident } else { 0 }
Explanation: If "number of total incident" IS NOT null, display the value of this indicator ELSE display 0
Mathematical operators as +,-,/,* can be used in formula indicators and will act like in Excel/ Numbers.

Sven is creating a "responsive dashboard" now and it is possible to put more on this dashboard than only PA widgets.
If you don't share a responsive dashboard it will be a personal dashboard, but there is an easy way to make it visible for other persons/ roles or groups.

All time high/ All time low threshold is checking all scores of the selected indicator and puts a dotted-line for it. So you don't need to check all scores one-by-one to find the lowest or highest scores for your indicator!
