Customers can now start testing the new features in the ServiceNow AI Platform Australia release in a sub-production environment by registering for the Early Release Program.

What is Release Testing Preview (RTP)?

  • Release Testing Preview begins at least 60 days prior to Market Launch and will end at Market Launch, also referred to as "General Availability" or "GA"
  • Release Testing Preview begins before Early Availability and offers the opportunity to upgrade sub-production environments to the RTP pre-release build
  • Customers will have access to full support and release documentation at the start of Release Testing Preview

Who Should Participate?

All existing customers and partners (excluding self-hosted and Regulated Markets such as Government Community Cloud (GCC)) are invited to participate in Release Testing Preview, with ideal candidates being:

@justinechen

this is really great news and the customers are informed. Question about PDI: since our HI-Login does not work for partners unless specifically granted access to, does that mean the Release preview is NOT available for our PDIs, so we can test this ourselves?

thanks and regards,

Nil

Now that we've upgraded a sub-production instance to the Australia RTP. Where do I access the documentation for this release?

Google is able to index but I haven't been able to access any of those links.

Example:

Hi @JDTurville

At this early stage, Australia updates aren't available on the docs site. Our only official source of documentation/info about what's new in Australia is this KB article, which is being updated regularly:
