In Part 1, I am not able to see how to get to the 'edit' ability  for step 3  / knowledge base. - any suggestions?

got it.   I'll use 2019 ones! step 15 - Follow the steps 3 through 7 to update this campaign as well.   I think also lists wrong steps to update (for future ref)
