Is it possible to add colours to widget if threshold level breaches in Performance Analytics Report?

Hi There, I have a requirement to create PA report for "Open Incidents". I have added threshold to 400. Is it possible to somehow change the colour of this widget to red if total count crosses 400? Thanks!
