Assessment Simulator Task 5: Order an item from Service Catalog

I do not know what I did wrong here. Yet, I won't pass this stage. What the problem? Help please!

Hi @ChimeziriA ,

In the task are they talking about any specific catalog item? Have they specified anywhere ? If no then you can place order of any catalog item which falls under “Service Catalog” category. Not sure submitted item belongs to service catalog category or not.

you can do like browse catalog and select service catalog and then order item from it.

I had the same issue and later found that when you navigate to the order, check the middle header, it should say Order Status. Click the star and it will pass validation.

This did not work. It is starred - I can see both the request and the requested item listed in favorites and it still fails to validate. Re-adding, removing, terminating the instance, nothing works. It fails to validate and there is no option to chat with support or to receive any guidance other than "add it to your favorites". Viewing the community feeds here shows that this is a common problem - yet there is nothing being done to fix it.

Make sure you are on the page that says "Order Status" on the bar. click the star to mark it as favorite.
