Getting Session Expired (401 ) for some of the users in servicenow after 5 minutes

Hi ,In our ServiceNow instance some of the users are getting Session Expired (401) after 5 minutes. What will be the reason behind this. By default it should be 30 minutes. When we checked the below properties in our instance , we see Thank you!
