Integrated service and experience feedback in Now Mobile® provides greater ease of access to the users to provide their feedback on their user experiences and their service experiences.

Experience feedback

A default experience feedback configuration is available with Employee Center Pro version 32.0.

In the More menu options in the Now Mobile® app, you see the option to Provide feedback.

The default version of the feedback asks for your experience with static questions and a Submit button that is enabled when you have selected an option. You can also add comments along with selecting the static feedback option.

Similar to the portal, you have the option not to share your personal information, while submitting the feedback.

A success message displays on the screen when the feedback is submitted.

If the feedback you provided is beneath or equal to the rating threshold set by your organization, a feedback task is triggered.

Service feedback

When you raise a request for a Service Catalog item or go to a topic page and access a Knowledge Base article, you see that a rating-based service feedback is prompted.

Similar to the experience feedback in Now Mobile®, you can choose not to share your personal information while providing the service feedback.

You can configure more feedback configurations and definitions apart from the ones available by default.
