Complete your document task by signing and generating a PDF copy of the HTML document.

Before you begin

Procedure

  1. Navigate to All > Self-service > Employee Center.
    Alternatively, you can complete your document tasks by navigating to Self-Service > My Document Tasks.
  2. Select the document template task (signing) that is assigned to you.
  3. Add your signature by typing or drawing.
    Note: If you do not agree with the content in the document, you can select the I don't want to sign this document option. You must enter your reason for declining, followed by Decline and complete to complete the task. The option to decline signing appears only when the Signing Type is ServiceNow.
  4. Click Clear Signature if you want to clear the signature and sign again.
  5. To view your signature in the document, click Generate.
  6. Click Submit.
    The task is complete and appears in your Completed To Dos section. You can view and print the document with the signatures.
