Health Log Analytics enables you to create log data dashboards and visualizations in real time for enhanced data monitoring and faster identification of deviations.

Log data dashboards and visualizations can give you a high-level visual understanding of important issues as they occur in the system. The Health Log Analytics data source of your choice is used to ingest the data that is provided to the visualization. The log data is taken directly from your stored logs, enabling you to create dashboards for any aspect of the data that interests you. For example, by visualizing the components that are generating logs, you can get an indication of the number of components that are fully integrated.

The data can be presented in various types of graphs and charts. You can adjust the time range and the other settings of the visualization as needed.

This functionality is supported in the Service Operations Workspace Log Analytics application, Version 21.2.7 - November 2022 and later, and has a dependency on the Platform Analytics Workspace, available from the ServiceNow Store.

As an alternative to defining your own dashboard, you can use the AIOps dashboards, which offer comprehensive visualizations of critical operational data. For more information, see AIOps Dashboards in Service Operations Workspace for ITOM.
