Starting with the Xanadu release, Employee Experience Pack is being prepared for future deprecation. It will be hidden and no longer activated on new instances but will continue to be supported.

Preconfigured package
Employee Experience Packs use preconfigured data, configurations, and content so that
customizing or starting from the beginning is unnecessary. However, you can still modify or
create your own experiences. Employee Experience Packs provide you with:
- Elements that your employees can use for self-help, such as sample knowledge articles, virtual agent conversations, and catalog items.
- Sample HR cases and tasks to help you manage your own HR processes.
- Targeted and other content that helps you to engage with your employees.
- Surveys, reports, or dashboards so that you can measure how successful your program and processes are.
