Configuring Process Mining

An administrator can set up Process Mining so that analysts and managers can access the Analyst Workbench, and create and manage projects.
Note: Process Mining is supported for on-premise instances only if the instances have Predictive Intelligence set up. For information on self-hosted environments, see KB article KB0782052.
To set up Process Mining:
- Activate the Process Mining (com.sn_po) plugin.
- Assign roles to enable users to create projects from the application navigator, and view or manage projects from the Analyst Workbench.
- (Optional) When integrating Process Mining with the other applications, such as ITSM, Customer Service Management, Financial Services Operations, and so on, activate the respective content pack.
