Company event troubleshooting steps help resolve reservation changes and cancellations.

About this task

Provides helpful troubleshooting steps to manage new and existing reservations for your company events.

Note: This integration is for Company Events only. Workplace Service Delivery core and Workplace Reservation plugin is required to complete company event reservations.

Procedure

  1. Navigate to Workplace Service Management > Portal > New Reservation.

Create a new reservation from the workplace service management portal
Note: Content Manager role is required to create a new company event in the content library.
  1. When your reservation is open, select theActions drop-down menu to Change reservation, Cancel reservation, or Share reservation.

Cancel reservation to ensure company event is removed from published events
  1. Write Cancel notes to describe the reason for canceling the event.
  2. Select Cancel all reservations to complete the cancellation.
    Note: The status of the reservation will update to canceled. The original reservation can still be viewed within the reservation content preview details. However, only the content manager can add reservations, if needed.

Leave Cancel notes to provide details on cancellation and to validate action to cancel
  1. Refresh to validate reservation changes.
    Reservation details for company event is updated based on the Action you selected.
