About this task
Access all your favorites with the new cross- channel favorites section from the portal or from Now Mobile. Use the My Favorites list to access your favorite list quickly. Items remain on the Favorites list until you remove them.
on the following types of pages or sections:- Topic page
- Catalog page detail view
- Knowledge page detail view
- Cloned catalog page
- My applications page
- My applications widget
- Recommended for you widget

See the list of your favorites by clicking the favorites icon from the header
icon.
