Enable your employees to submit health and safety incidents and observations, Job safety analyses (JSAs), access safety knowledge base, and more on their mobile device using the ServiceNow mobile applications.

Employees can use the Now Mobile app to do the following tasks at any time using their mobile device:

  • Submit safety incidents and observations online or offline
  • Submit safety related questions and compensation claims
  • Submit Job safety analyses
  • Take safety inspection and audit surveys
  • View safety register documents such as Safety Data Sheets (SDSs)
  • Access company's health and safety knowledge base

Safety inspectors and auditors can use the Mobile Agent app to conduct surveys offline.

These apps run on the ServiceNow mobile platform. You can download these mobile apps for the iOS platform from the Apple App Store or for the Android platform from the Google Play Store.

Offline mode for mobile

Use the offline mode of the Mobile Agent and the Now Mobile app to work in areas without an internet connection. You can turn on the offline mode and complete your tasks. Once you go online, the changes are all synchronized automatically. For more information, see Offline mode.

To turn on offline mode on your mobile, do the following:
  • Navigate to Settings.
  • Tap Download Cache.
  • Enable the Offline Mode option.
Tip: To schedule a periodic download of cache, configure the glide.sg.offline.scheduled_download.enabled system property on your instance. For more information, see Configure offline mode behavior.
