Summarizes the most important information and actions for you to focus on. Displays items that need your attention, upcoming team events, and requests opened by your team members.

Before you begin

Role required: sn_mh.manager_hub_user

Procedure

  1. Navigate to All > Employee Center.
    The Employee Center portal opens.
  2. Navigate to Your team > Manager Hub.
  3. View the time zones of employees across the globe.
    Be more conscious about the time the meetings are scheduled or requests are sent out to the team.
  4. In the Your Management tasks widget, view the total number of tasks that require your approval.
    Selecting All tasks will navigate you to the To-dos page in Employee Center. Complete the required actions.
  5. In the Upcoming team events widget, view the upcoming events such as employee birthdays, employee anniversaries, or new hire joining.
    Selecting the Email icon opens a mail-to link with work emails of intended reports in To field (default email client) with a blank subject line.
  6. In the Requests opened by your team widget, view all the requests opened by your team members.
    Pay a closer attention to requests that are time sensitive and requires collaboration across the enterprise.
    Note: In addition to the sn_mh.manager_hub_user role, the logged in manager must also have the required ACLs or roles to view certain team requests. For example, if there are any open requests related to HR cases, then the logged in manager must also have the sn_hr_core.case_reader role to view those requests.
  7. In the Suggestion for you and your team widget, act on items that require your attention.
    This widget appears only if prompts are generated for you. For more information, see Proactive Prompts for managers.
  8. Review your team daily stats such as number of employees on leave, number of employees in onboarding, and so on.
    For more details, select All team members. You will be navigated to the Team members tab.
