Configure the target table and field mappings to create a department level ticket and to set the fields according to the field mappings.

Before you begin

Role required: ur_admin

Procedure

  1. Navigate to All > Universal Request > Administration > Mapping Configuration.
  2. Click New.
  3. On the form, fill in the fields.

  4. Click Submit.
