Write custom scripts on the assessment templates to update the processing activity fields using a script. The script runs when the assessment response is completed. You can write multiple scripts for both screening assessments and impact assessments.

Before you begin

Role required: sn_privacy.developer

Procedure

  1. Navigate to All > Privacy Management > Assessments > All Assessment Templates.
  2. Open the assessment template for which you want to write the script.
  3. Select the Processing activity script configurations related list.
  4. Select New.
  5. On the form, fill in the fields.

    Field Description
    Name Name of the script.
    Assessment template Assessment template to use. This field is automatically set.
    Active Option to indicate if the script is active. An active script is executed when the assessment response is submitted and the processing activity is created.
    Note: Only one script can be marked as active at a time.
    Description Script description.
    Script Script to be used to update the processing activity.
  6. Select Submit.
