Detect that a threshold has been exceeded and create a trigger to perform a sequence of actions.
Before you begin
Role required: sn_app_insights.admin or admin
Starting with the Zurich release, Application Insights is no longer deployed, enhanced, or supported. It is recommended to evaluate the Impact Instance Observer product available with the ServiceNow Impact packages. Work with your Account team to review Impact packages.

About this task
Application Insights uses the ServiceNow® Workflow Studio to create the trigger and action. You can configure one flow per threshold. You can use any of the actions available in the Workflow Studio and the spokes from Integration Hub. This example configures a trigger to send an email.
