About this task

Article optimization safeguards content relevance and accuracy. Outdated or poorly structured articles compromise usability and can result in operational errors. Regular optimization maintains quality standards, supports compliance, and strengthens the accuracy of the knowledge base.

Procedure

  1. Navigate to All > Knowledge > Knowledge center.
    You can also access Knowledge center through Workspace > Knowledge center.
  2. In the Insights section, under Article optimization, select View top issues.
    In the new tab, you see a list of all flagged articles with their detected issues.
  3. Select the knowledge article that you want to view.
  4. In the Article Optimization pane, you can review the detected issues by using following actions:
    • Select Ignore to ignore this suggestion.
    • Select Review to review the article and update it.
  5. Select Checkout, to create another version of this article.
  6. After you create an article, you can Save and Publish the article.
    You can ignore suggestions, apply recommended updates, or create an article. Save and publish the article so that it meets quality and optimization standards.

Result

The selected gap is updated or resolved, improving knowledge coverage.
